Sports Team Personal Profiles

KYM DILLON
Kym Dillon's infectious, happy-go-lucky style has won him legions of adoring fans - young and old.

Following two years presenting sports news on the ABC, Kym joined the National Nine News team as the weekday sports presenter in August 1991 and he continues in this position today.

His unbridled passion for sport, he admits, is contagious.

Kym has been involved with a variety of TV programs including KG's Football Show, Adelaide Today, The Racing Show and is currently a guest reporter on Postcards.

Kym has been calling football games since the late 1980's and was co-host and commentator of Nine's local AFL matches on Sunday afternoons.

A State middle-distance runner and league footballer with North Adelaide and West Torrens before injury and 21 operations shattered his promising career, Kym has called league and reserve football games for channels Seven, Two and Nine.

Kym also excelled at cricket, tennis, golf and loves to spend his spare time fishing.

TROY GRAY
In December 2008, Troy Gray joined Nine's weekend news team, presenting the sport from Friday through to Sunday.

Troy is an accomplished television presenter, producer, documentary maker, keynote speaker and radio presenter. He is the founder and host of Feeling Good, which is in its tenth series and he's been hosting Building Ideas since 2002.

He produced and presented the award-winning documentary Adelaide to Everest and the highly acclaimed Adelaide to Kokoda and his third charity documentary Highlights of the Heysen will be seen on Nine in 2009.

Troy is a former AFL player. He was drafted by the Sydney Swans at the end of 1991 and stayed there until being traded to St. Kilda in 1997.

Troy is an ambassador for 'Kick in 4 Kids' (a freedom and mobility program run by Variety the Children's Charity). Troy raises money for this project each year by filming an annual TV documentary with all proceeds going to this charity.
