To make a complaint about program content, classification issues, program promotions or placement of a television commercial seen on NWS 9, you must, in accordance with the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice, (Developed by Free TV Australia and registered with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), put your complaint in writing.
